Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your wedding makeup services.

Bridal Trial
The bridal trial is a separate service and is charged accordingly. An invoice for the trial will be issued one week prior to the scheduled date and is payable on the day of the trial.

Final Payment
The final invoice for your wedding makeup services will be sent two weeks before your wedding day. Full payment is due one week prior to the event.

Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card. If you prefer to pay by cash on the day, please inform me in advance to ensure arrangements can be made.

Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil your booking due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made (excluding the bridal trial fee) will be provided.

Use of Images
Photographs taken during your bridal trial and wedding day preparations may be used for promotional purposes, including on social media platforms. If you prefer that your images are not shared, please notify me prior to your wedding day. All images will be shared only after your wedding date to respect your privacy.
